GESTION D’UNE SITUATION SANITAIRE EXCEPTIONNELLE PAR LE SAMU 68: LA PANDÉMIE COVID-19

Resume La crise COVID-19 s’est abattue sur le Haut-Rhin en quelques jours Les premiers signaux ont ete constates au niveau du centre de reception et de regulation des appels (CRRA) provoquant une suractivite encore jamais egalee Dix jours plus tard, ce sont les patients presentant des tableaux de detresse respiratoire qui ont provoque un second pan d’activite inhabituel tant dans la recherche de lits de reanimation que dans la gestion de logistique de transferts L’intensite de la crise a necessite une grande capacite d’adaptation : renfort de ressources humaines, renforcement de l’infrastructure technique, formation, innovations organisationnelles, centralisation des informations et de l’organisation logistique des transferts L’aspect inedit de cette epidemie a egalement mis en exergues des fragilites notamment dans les actions de coordination regionale Les solutions mises en œuvre doivent etre partagees et permettre d’anticiper la survenue d’une eventuelle nouvelle epidemie Summary The COVID-19 crisis hit the Haut-Rhin in a few days The first signals were noticed at the level of emergency call center causing an overactivity that has never been experienced so far Ten days later, the patients with signs of respiratory distress triggered an unusual secound round activity in booth the search for reanimation beds and in the management of transfer logistics The intensity of the crisis required a great capacity for adaptation: reinforcement of human resources, strengthening of technical infrastructure, trainings, organizational innovations, centralization of information and of the logistical organization of transfers The unprecedented aspect of this epidemic also highlighted weaknesses, particularly in regional coordination actions The solutions implemented must be shared and must help to anticipate the occurrence of a possible new epidemic
