The invention discloses a spice producing method, in particular to a production method for continuously synthesizing campholenic aldehyde. The method comprises the following steps: heating epoxypinane to a temperature of between 80 and 150 DEG C through a preheater and a vaporization pot in a flow rate of between 0.5 and 2L/min under the vacuum condition until the epoxypinane is vaporized; isomerizing the epoxypinane to generate the campholenic aldehyde when the vaporized epoxypinane continuously passes through a tubular reactor filled with a catalyst; and collecting the generated campholenic aldehyde gas by using a receiving tank after the campholenic aldehyde gas is condensed by a condenser. The method has the advantages of continuous production process, simple process flow, high utilization efficiency of the catalyst, no solvent consumption, high equipment production capacity and high yield of product campholenic aldehyde.
