The invention provides an oil field surface desanding device. The device comprises a mixer used for being connected with a wellhead and a thermal medium mouth-piece to conduct mixing, heating and viscosity reduction on input crude oil and then output the crude oil, an expansion buffer tank and a liquid-solid separator, wherein the expansion buffer tank comprises a hollow sealed tank body, a liquid inlet pipe connected with the mixer is arranged on the tank body, an exhaust pipe used for discharging gas from the crude oil is arranged on the top of the tank body, a first sand draining pipe used for draining deposited sand obtained after standing is arranged on the bottom of the tank body, and a first liquid draining pipe used for draining primary deposition crude oil is arranged on the side face of the tank body; the liquid-solid separator is connected with the first liquid draining pipe and conducts liquid-solid separation on received crude oil through rotation, a second liquid draining pipe used for draining crude oil obtained after separation is arranged on the top of the liquid-solid separator, and a solid receiving tank used for receiving sand obtained after separation is arranged on the bottom of the liquid-solid separator. By the adoption of the device, crude oil extracted from an oil field at the later stage can be subjected to liquid-solid separation twice, the content of sand in the crude oil can be reduced, and the quality of the crude oil can be improved.
