Penerapan Prinsip-Prinsip Good Governance Terhadap Pelayanan Publik Desa Rahayu Kecamatan Margaasih Kabupaten Bandung

Abstract  Good Governance is the practice of administering various matters, such as the administration of the state politically, economically as well as light administrative and information. With the existence of Good Governance, it is hoped that the government can be enjoyed by the community for public services. Public services are public service providers for every citizen and resident in providing goods, services or administrative services. Public services require the main principles of Good Governance such as Accountability, Transparency, Participation, the Rule of Law. Rahayu Village is a village that is included in the category of independent villages according to the Village Development Index (IDM). Therefore, it is appropriate for Rahayu Village to carry out public services that are under the principles of Good Governance. This study aims to see, measure, and examine the perceptions of the Village Government and the perceptions of the Village Community regarding Good Governance towards public services based on the administrative services of Rahayu Village. The method used is descriptive quantitative. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the population of the Rahayu Village Government as many as 16 people and a sample of the Rahayu Village Community as many as 100 people. The measurement technique uses the Simple Random Sampling technique for the Rahayu Village Community, using the Likert Scale tool and the research questionnaire is distributed through Google Form media or tools. The results of the research obtained are that the Rahayu Village Government has implemented the principles of Good Governance such as Accountability, Transparency, Participation, Perceptual Law Rules of the Rahayu Village Government and the Rahayu Village Community. Keyowords : Good Governance Principles, Public Services, Village Government, Village Communities.  Abstak,  Good Governance adalah praktek penyelenggaraan berbagai hal, seperti penyelenggaraan negara secara politik, ekonomi serta administrasi dan informasi yang ringan. Dengan adanya Good Governance, diharapkan pemerintah dapat dinikmati oleh masyarakat atas pelayanan publik. Pelayanan publik adalah penyelenggara pelayanan publik bagi setiap warga negara dan penduduk dalam menyediakan barang, jasa atau pelayanan administrasi. Pelayanan publik memerlukan prinsip-prinsip utama Good Governance seperti Akuntabilitas, Transparansi, Partisipasi, Rule of Law. Desa Rahayu merupakan desa yang termasuk dalam kategori desa mandiri menurut Indeks Pembangunan Desa (IDM). Oleh karena itu, sudah selayaknya Desa Rahayu melaksanakan pelayanan publik yang berprinsip Good Governance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat, mengukur, dan mengkaji persepsi Pemerintah Desa dan persepsi Masyarakat Desa tentang Good Governance terhadap pelayanan publik berbasis pelayanan administrasi Desa Rahayu. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada penduduk Pemerintah Desa Rahayu sebanyak 16 orang dan sampel Masyarakat Desa Rahayu sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengukuran menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling untuk Masyarakat Desa Rahayu, menggunakan alat Skala Likert dan kuesioner penelitian disebarkan melalui media atau alat Google Form. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah Pemerintah Desa Rahayu telah menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Good Governance seperti Akuntabilitas, Transparansi, Partisipasi, Aturan Perseptual Hukum Pemerintah Desa Rahayu dan Masyarakat Desa Rahayu.
