Analysis of Main Points for Preparation of the Quantity Bill of Construction Works

Preparation of the quantity bill of construction works is an important task for project cost management in China. Two common models for project cost management are described and compared, based on which main points are proposed for preparation of the quantity bill of construction works in construction projects, including establishment of items of quantity bill, description of items, calculation of works quantity, etc. Procedures and methods for reviewing of quantity bill are put forth.
