The method comprises following steps that: a server receives the information sent by a first terminal; when the server judges that the information received from the first terminal is communication content information, communication scene service is selected according to the media of the communication content information; the communication content information is stored in corresponding themes of a communication model prebuilt by the server so as to form information resources; the communication model is equipped with a model frame and model contents; the model frame comprises at least one path tree; multiple tags are gathered on the path tree; each tag corresponds to at least one theme; the model contents are the information resources of the themes; the server updates a current communication scene; and the updated communication scene and the information of the communication mode are sent to a second terminal. The device is the device for realizing the method. According to the method and the device of the invention, through providing the public communication model, communication distortion conditions can be timely discovered; and the communication accuracy between communicators can be improved.
