The thesis deals with the staff skills development project and targets to support communication between Golden Apple Cinema, Inc. And thein customers. Theoretical part describes education and qualification improving of employees in company. Practical part of this work is based on analysis of present conditions of qualification development system in company GAC, Inc. This analysis is used as a basis for the proposed project.
