The article is concerned with the questions of system analysis of the essence of quality monitoring of education. The analysis is undertaken as a result of a complex and multileveled system of education, and besides as a result of a complicated approach to the definition education quality. The author proceeds from the fact that nowadays, when verification of educational programs and diversification in the system of educational institutions is considered to be an indisputable fact, the main demand to education is its quality.
