Coloranþi benzotiazolici acizi pentru vopsirea suporturilor proteice

Sabinelor, Nr. 56, 050854, Bucureoti, România A number of 52 new acid benzothiazole azo dyes classified in 4 groups, obtained from 2-amino- benzothiazoles 6-substituted with -CH 3 , -OCH 3 , -Cl, -NO 2 groups which are the diazotizable constituent, coupled with 12 coupling constituents at temperatures of 0-5 o C and pH of 1,0 - 1,5 are presented. The sulphonic groups in the dye molecules impart these proper solubility for dyeing the protein supports such as chrome tanned leather and furs. The acid benzothiazole azo dyes were characterized by melting point, water solubility, and VIS, MS and IR spectra.
