The paper presents some basic ideas regarding the new regulatory framework adopted in Cuba, in real estate. The topics of this area have been totally changed to controversial issues as the sale of homes in Cuba and the rights of the heir to the occupation, thus deserving the attention from scholars of the Cuban issue.
