SSR (simple sequence repeat) primer group and method for constructing malt fingerprint maps by aid of primer group

The invention provides an SSR (short sequence repeat) primer group which comprises four pairs of core SSR primers Scssr10148, HVM68, HVWAXYG and EBmac755. Primers with M13 tails are synthesized by 5' ends of forward primers and M13 primers by means of connection and are TP-M13 primers. The invention further provides a method for constructing malt variety fingerprint maps by the aid of the SSR primer group. The method includes steps of extracting DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) of samples for test; carrying out PCR (polymerase chain reaction) amplification on three primers; carrying out capillary electrophoresis fluorescence detection; analyzing data and constructing the maps. The SSR primer group and the method have the advantages that malt varieties can be identified by the aid of the standard malt fingerprint maps; high-channel malt purity identification processes with combination of capillary electrophoresis technologies and SSR fluorescence labeling are created, results are accurate and reliable, the detection efficiency can be improved, malt adulteration and imitation selling behavior can be completely eradicated, and the quality of products of beer producing enterprises can be guaranteed from the source.
