Application of silktree albizia bark water extract in preparation of anti-tumor medicaments

The obtained silktree albizia bark water extract is respectively used for performing cell survival rate experimental analysis on a variety of tumor cell lines, such as liver cancer cells HepG2, esophageal cancer cells Eca9706, glioma cells C6 and the like, and the silktree albizia bark water extract is found to have an inhibition effect against proliferation of the HepG2, the Eca9706 and the C6 cancer cell lines, have the very obvious inhibition effect against the proliferation of a C6 cancer cell strain and be capable of inducing apoptosis and preventing cell cycle effect. The silktree albizia bark water extract can be applied in the preparation of the anti-tumor medicaments.
