Custos logísticos associados ao processo de comercialização de produtos da agricultura familiar para mercados institucionais no Distrito Federal

With the purpose of supporting the operationalization of institutional markets as channels for the commercialization of production from family agriculture, in addition to providing more reliable information for the agents in their decision making, this article aims to analyze the marketing channel of products of the family agriculture for the National School Feeding Program - PNAE, in order to identify which logistics costs are related to the process and to measure the degree of their influence on the composition of the reference prices of the products. A Literature Review was used as a verification of the current state of the art on the subject. For the data collection, a documentary research was done, based on documents provided by a cooperative that intermediated this commercialization process and with semi-structured interviews with family producers. In addition, on-site observations were performed. It was identified the presence of five modalities of logistics costs: 1) Cost of Transport; 2) Cost of Inventory; 3) Cost of Packaging; 4) Tax Cost and 5) Administration Cost. The cost of transportation is the most significant in the composition of logistics costs.
