AN ALL-INCLUSIVE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT THE MINISTERE DES TRANSPORTS DU QUEBEC

All-inclusive management is a project that originated within ministere des Transports' basic units and has always enjoyed the support of management. For several years, the model developed as part of our network maintenance activities has been given a strong theoretical structure that now allows us to apply it to all of an organization's activities. Six months ago, transports Quebec began to apply it to primary network maintenance processes, and projects are underway to integrate the multimodal into it.
