The invention belongs to the technology of electronic circuits, and particularly relates to a control device used for an LED constant-current driving circuit. The control device comprises a driving module and an LED circuit and is characterized in that the control device further comprises an inverter, a sampling control switching tube Q2, an average current sampling circuit, a filtering circuit, a first comparator, a second comparator and an RS trigger; the opening moment of a power switch Q1 is controlled through the peak control method, the closing moment of the power switch Q1 is controlled through the TOFF stage average current control method, and therefore the stability of constant-current output is greatly improved. The control device has the advantages that output currents are made to be high in accuracy; meanwhile, due to the fact that the circuit has the advantages of being simple, easy to achieve, low in power consumption and the like, the overall performance of a power supply is improved, the design of constant-current control is simplified, and the design cost is reduced. The control device is particularly suitable for the LED driving circuit.
