Hydratation und Sekundärstruktur doppelhelikaler synthetischer Polynukleotide

LD measurements on poly (rA + rU) show a hysteresis of conformational changes within the dehydration-hydration cycle. The different conformational changes of poly (rA + rU) and DNA during hydration are discussed. With poly (rA + rA) no conformational changes could be detected during dehydration.
