N2 Laser Radiation Effects on Iodoamino Acids

1985
In the last few years the interest in laser applications to biology and medicine has grown up enormously (see reference 1 and 2 for a full review). This is due to peculiar properties of laser radiation, as monochromaticity, high peak power, tunability, and great variability of pulse temporal length (from CW emission to picosecond pulses), which make the laser a powerful and versatile tool in biological investigation.
