The invention discloses a preparation method of a carbon molecular sieve adsorbent with the anti-static performance. The preparation method comprises the steps of carrying out grinding, fine grinding, molding, carbonizing, activating, carbon depositing and hole adjusting processes and the like on macromolecule furfuryl alcohol resin and urea resin polymer which are used as raw materials. By using the method, a carbon molecular sieve for pressure swing adsorption and separation of CH4 gas from low-concentration gas is prepared. The carbon molecular sieve has the advantages of high CH4 adsorption amount, large selective adsorption coefficient, high intensity, low cost and no pollution, and can effectively prevent the explosion of the low-concentration gas.
