Water-soluble, non-peptidic small molecule drug-containing nanoparticles

2006
Excellent diseased targeting and controlled release of the water-soluble, non-peptidic small molecule drugs, is to provide a drug-containing nanoparticles with reduced liver integration, a water-soluble, non-peptidic small molecule drugs hydrophobized by metal ions, which polylactic acid - polyethylene glycol block copolymer or poly (lactic / glycolic acid) - is a water-soluble, non-peptidic small molecule drug-containing nanoparticles obtained by acting with polyethylene glycol block copolymer. These nanoparticles excellent in the affected area targeting and controlled release, in which the liver accumulation is reduced.
