The abrasion-resistant micro-scale infusion pump comprises a driving device and an infusion device, wherein the infusion device is placed in a groove of the driving device, the driving device is composed of a motor, an eccentric wheel and a piston, the motor drives the eccentric wheel to rotate, and the eccentric wheel drives the piston to conduct reciprocating motion; materials of the eccentric wheel and the piston are austenitic stainless steels. The driving device of the abrasion-resistant high-precision micro-scale infusion pump is made of the austenitic stainless steels, therefore, the driving device of the infusion pump is more abrasion resistant, and meanwhile, the precision losing caused by abrasion is reduced due to the increase of abrasion resistance.
