Primary cutaneous T-cell-rich B-cell lymphoma

A 61-year-old man presented with a skin tumour in the right axilla of 2 months' duration. An excision biopsy revealed a malignant lymphoma, of diffuse mixed small and large cell type, morphologically suggestive of T-cell lymphoma, but shown to be a T-cell-rich B-cell lymphoma by subsequent immunohistochemical staining.
