Research and Analysis on Intellectual Property Rights of Frame Free Motor Technology

This paper takes frame free motor technology requirements as the point of view, carries out the patent analysis of key technology of frame free motor, and quantitative macro analysis from the aspects of patent application trend, application area, technical composition and patent applicant, describes the existing distribution and trend of key technology of frame free motor. This paper also takes micro analysis of core patent and competitors from home and abroad, finds competitors' layout policy, improves starting point of research and avoids infringement risk. On the basis of patent analysis, suggestions on key technology development and patent layout of frame free motor are put forward in the end.
