Sdr5-fc fusion protein mutant and use thereof

Provided are a human sDR5-Fc fusion protein and the use thereof in the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of myocardial infarction. Said fusion protein is prepared by linking 182 amino acids of the extracellular domain of sDR5 with a human antibody Fc fragment, being capable of substantially avoiding Fc-mediated ADCC effects and significantly reducing the area of myocardial infarction in a myocardial ischemia-reperfusion model rat.
