The invention discloses a multiple light source detection device which comprises a shooting device, a coaxial light source module used for irradiating the center zone on the upper surface of a to-be-detected object, an annular light source module used for irradiating the peripheral zone on the upper surface of the to-be-detected object, and a side light source module used for irradiating the side of the to-be-detected object, wherein the annular light source module is mounted on one side of the to-be-detected object; the side light source module is mounted on one side of the annular light source module; the coaxial light source module is mounted on the other side of the annular light source module; the shooting device is mounted on the same side of the coaxial light source module; a through hole, which causes light beams emitted by the coaxial light source module to pass through and enables the shooting device to shoot the to-be-detected object, is formed in the middle of the annular light source module; and a signal input end of the shooting device is electrically connected with a signal output end of an image processing device. The multiple light source detection device can detect the appearance defects of the to-be-objected object quickly, can keep higher detection accuracy, and is economic, practical, accurate and reliable.
