Low surface antifouling paint without copper and tin

The invention relates to an antifouling coating, in particular to a low surface antifouling paint without copper and tin. The low surface antifouling paint without copper and tin is formed by mixing of a component A and a component B by weight part. The component A is obtained by mainly mixing 30-55% of a film forming substance, 3-6% of an antifouling agent, 15-35% of a filler, 5-15% of a solvent and 1-15% of an assistant evenly, and then conducting grinding to a fineness of less than 70mirometers; the component B is composed of a cross-linking agent, a catalyst and a solvent; and the component A and the component B are in a weight ratio of 9:1. The low surface antifouling paint without copper and tin provided by the invention has the advantages that: (1) it is free of copper and tin, effectively reduces the influence to the environment, also has excellent matching performance, and short curing time; and (2) the coating system has a smoothing effect on the roughness of underwater metal.
