Mobile station, wireless access network apparatus, and mobile communication system

A mobile station, a wireless access network apparatus and a mobile communication system wherein the signal amount of messages can be reduced to shorten the connection delay. The mobile station has a storing means that stores a conversion table containing both predefined combinations of parameters and identifiers representative of those combinations; an upstream transport signal generating means that generates an upstream transport signal including an identifier during an upstream transmission; a transmitting means that transmits the upstream transport signal to a wireless access network apparatus; a receiving means that receives a downstream transport signal transmitted by the wireless access network apparatus; and a parameter establishing means that detects the identifier from the received downstream transport signal, reads, based on the detected identifier, parameters and establishes them.
