Appendix 5. Arbitration Rules, Iraqi Law Of Civil Procedure 1969

This appendix contains list of arbitration rules based on Iraqi Law of Civil Procedure 1969. A new Law of Investment was adopted in 2006, which aims at the promotion and encouragement of investment, by liberalising it and opening it to foreign investors. It offers generous incentives and guarantees to investors, and a very wide scope for investment in Iraq, where there are tremendous opportunities in many sectors of the economy.Keywords: Iraqi law; Law of Investment
