The invention discloses a smart wristband which comprises a wristband main body and a wristband belt connected with the wristband main body.The smart wristband further comprises a connecting end which is electrically connected with the wristband main body, a connecting end containing part is arranged in the wristband belt, and the connecting end can be contained in the connecting end containing part; the connecting end of the smart wristband can be inserted into a first interface of an external mobile terminal to form first fixed connection, the smart wristband achieves data communication with the mobile terminal through the first fixed connection, and the mobile terminal charges the smart wristband through the first fixed connection.The invention further discloses the mobile terminal and a control method thereof.Accordingly, through cooperative usage of the smart wristband and the mobile terminal, the arranging and charging problems of the smart wristband and the power saving problem of the mobile terminal are solved.
