原发性肝癌患者血清中TNF-a、IL-6、IL-8和sIL-2R的测定及其临床意义

2008
Objective To study the clinical significance of changes of serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-a), Interlukin-6 (IL-6)、Interlukin-8 (IL-8) and soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) in serum in the patients with primary hepatic cancer their clinical significance. Methods The contents of TNF-a、IL-6、IL-8 and sIL-2R were detected using ELISA methods and the control group. Results The contents of the serum TNF-a、IL-6、IL-8 and sIL-2R in primary hepatic cancer patients were significantly higher (P<0.01), the contents of the serum TNF-a and sIL-2R showed statical difference between primary hepatic cancer of stage Ⅲ than stage Ⅰ (P<0.01), after removal of the carcinoma, the serum TNF-a, IL-6, IL-8 and sIL-2R were significantly lower than that of patients before operation (P<0.05), but still higher than that of controls (P<0.01), the quantities of TNF-a, IL-8 and sIL-2R in serum were in-creased in patients with primary hepatic cancer than that in control (P<0.01). Before treatment serum sIL-2R and TNT-a levels were significantly higher in the patients than those in the control (P<0.05). Conclusion The contents of the serum TNF-a, IL-6, IL-8 and sIL-2R in primary hepatic cancer patients detections have an important significance in studying the immunologic status, clinical diagnose and prognosis prediction.
