Regeneration method of arsenic poisoning denitration catalyst

2016
The invention discloses a regeneration method of an arsenic poisoning denitration catalyst. The method includes the following steps that after the denitration catalyst is subjected to dust removal, the denitration catalyst is placed in a reactor, 100-10000 h synthesized gas is introduced, a reduction reaction is conducted at the temperature of 100 DEG C-350 DEG C for 0.5-6 hours, synthesized gas continues being introduced, 100-5000 ppm acid gas is introduced at the temperature of 350 DEG C-550 DEG C for a reduction-acidification reaction, and after the reaction is conducted for 0.5-3 hours, the regenerated denitration catalyst is prepared. The regeneration method has the advantages that the situation that a lot of acidic/alkaline wastewater is generated in the regeneration process through a wet method, and the active component V2O5 of the denitration catalyst is lost can be avoided; the activity of the regenerated denitration catalyst is enhanced; the catalyst does not need to be cleaned with cleaning fluid later, and total energy consumption is reduced.
