The invention relates to an in-situ remediation method of a chromium pollution site and special water treatment equipment and belongs to the technology field of remediation of the chromium pollution site. According to the technical scheme, multiple pumping wells (3) are drilled on a straight line which is at the polluted and unpolluted junction at the downstream of a pollution source (1) and vertical to a pollution plume (2); polluted water pumped from each pumping well totally enters into special water treatment equipment (6); rinsing the pollution source and polluted soils with purified water, guiding waste water to the downstream of the pollution source, pumping the waste water with the pumping well, conveying the waste water into the special water treatment equipment to be treated, and rinsing the pollution source with the purified water again, and the steps are repeatedly executed, so that the in-situ remediation of the chromium pollution site is finished when detection indexes of the pollution source are qualified. The beneficial effect of the in-situ remediation method is that in-situ remediation is realized for the soil and no contaminant is added to water, thus no secondary pollution is caused, besides, the method is low in cost and excellent in effect.
