Zonation of Landslide risk in the Noranchai: using ANP Model

Noranchai basin due to having the weather and topographical and lithological conditions, is one of the prone areas of earthquake. For this reason, it seems necessary to search about the zoning the earthquake occurrence hazard in this area. The purpose of this research is identification of effective factors in occurrence of earthquake in Noranchai basin, mapping the earthquake hazard zoning in order to identification of sensitive and with high earthquake hazard potential areas in studied basin by using the ANP model. In this research, it is used from the library methods and ANP model. First the effective factors were determined in occurrence of earthquake in the zone, then weighted, limited and inharmonious matrices were drawn for this criteria and zoning the earthquake occurrence hazard fulfilled in GIS. The gained results shows that weather condition (rainfall), slop and soil directions have the most important factor. Also , the area places in the extent of moderate from the viewpoint of earthquake occurrence hazard and 10.57 % of the total area of studied basin was estimated with high hazard for earthquake occurrence and one of the presented solutions is prohibition of construction activities in range of moderate to high sensitivity. According to the results gained from this research, using of multi-criteria analysis methods causes the works do faster and results present with better quality.
