The role of traditions and culture in aesthetic education

The article analyzes the role of family in aesthetic education based on folk traditions. A justification of the importance of aesthetic education of children and young people in the general system of spiritual and moral education was given. It is considered the structure of the concept of “aesthetic education,” the specifics of family education in Chechnya, the significance of folk art for aesthetic education. The article describes the main forms of folk art which have a leading role in the aesthetic education of children and young people.
