The invention discloses an alumina-adsorbed phosphate-phosphorus slow-release matrix as well as a preparation method application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) moistening alumina by virtue of water, so as to obtain moistened alumina; (2) adding a phosphoric acid water solution into moistened alumina to activate moistened alumina by virtue of acidification, and stirring, so as to obtain phosphorus-loaded alumina; and (3) flushing phosphorus-loaded alumina by virtue of water, and drying, so as to obtain the alumina-adsorbed phosphate-phosphorus slow-release matrix. According to the preparation method, the alumina-adsorbed phosphate-phosphorus slow-release matrix is prepared from alumina-adsorbed phosphate by virtue of a sand culture system; alumina is a porous high-dispersity material and has very large specific surface area, and a micro-hole surface of alumina has strong adsorption capacity, so that phosphorus in the solution can be effectively adsorbed and slowly released, a relatively stable environment can be formed, and a plant growth environment in soil can be simulated; the preparation method approaches to practical production and can be taken as a greenhouse screening method of low-phosphorus-stress-resistance plant materials and a preliminary identification technique for efficient utilization characters of phosphorus.
