Copper alloy pretreatment method

2014
The invention discloses a copper alloy pretreatment method, comprising the following steps: 1, degreasing, namely soaking in degreasing fluid for 1-5 minutes, wherein the degreasing fluid comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 200-240 parts of water, 3-5 parts of ferric chloride and 8-15 parts of sulfuric acid, cleaning with water after soaking and then drying; 2, prewashing, namely putting the dried copper alloy into a prewashing solution to soak for 3-5 minutes, prewashing, cleaning, and drying; 3, electrolytic cleaning, namely putting copper alloy into electrolyte, carrying out electrolysis at 60-80 DEG C at the current density of 1-5A/dm for 3-8 seconds, wherein the electrolyte contains 20-30wt% of sodium carbonate, 20-35wt% of sodium phosphate, 0.5-1.5wt% of surfactant and 5-15wt% of potassium hydroxide, prewashing, cleaning and drying; and 4, pickling, soaking by using 3-5wt% of a sulfuric acid solution for 1-10 minutes, cleaning with water and drying. The cleaning treatment effect of the method can reach or exceed that of an existing treatment technology, no hazardous liquid waste is generated, and physical health of a worker is not affected.
