Evaluation model of An Integrated English Course online Guiding intelligent evaluation based on the evolutionary algorithm and the data mining is designed in this paper. The proposed framework has listed novelties. (1) If multi-objective evolutionary algorithm can only have better solving ability and performance on specific problem characteristics, multi-objective evolutionary algorithm is not robust. A robust multi-objective evolutionary algorithm should be able to solve different problems with some different characteristics, and show good stability when solving problems. (2) On the premise of ensuring the quality of the solution, the operating efficiency of the core multi-objective evolutionary algorithm is also an important index for the investigation, the traditional EA model is revised to construct the novel efficient framework. The simulation compared with the state-of-the-art approaches has proven the effectiveness.
