철도프로젝트 요구사항 관리를 위한 이해당사자 별 확인 및 검증활동에 관한 연구

Requirements engineering and management is crucial task among a lot of System Engineering(SE) works even though RAM and Safety engineering works is also important as specialty engineering. Requirements management in SE point of view is fundamental to carry out the huge and complex project, (i.e., Railway project) has a relationship with lots of stakeholders who have a critical effect on the project success or failure. Since successful project completion as our goal would be based on whether stakeholders needs were met or not, Verification and Validation works that have a close relationship with requirements managements should be necessarily conducted in line with requirements management works based on the systematic process as SE approach. In this paper, we’d like to discuss what the stakeholders are How requirements management works matching with V&V works could be done in system lifecycle. And also we propose systematic V&V management works process including the stakeholders’ role and responsibilities that could be applied to the domestic Light Rail Transport (LRT) project.
