The invention discloses a motor vehicle bar desk hidden seat comprising a pedestal and a backrest. The pedestal and the backrest are provided with a pair of slide rail mechanisms and an overturning component; the overturning component is formed by a pair of overturning mechanisms; each overturning mechanism is formed by a seat frame revolution seat and a backrest side plate; the seat frame revolution seat is linked with the middle part of the backrest side plate; a motor and a head rest sliding mechanism are disposed between the pair of overturning mechanisms; and two ends of the motor are respectively connected with the pedestal and the backrest. At an original state, the seta is expanded and the motor is at a shortest state; when the motor upwardly extends, the pedestal is driven to inwardly move; when the pedestal is at a folding state, the motor extends to the largest extent; with motion of the motor, the pedestal inwardly rotates; and with rotation of the pedestal, a connection rod mechanism connected with a connection rod inwardly rotates. The head rest sliding mechanism connected with a head rest bearer is driven to downwardly move with movements of the head rest sliding mechanism. A problem of excessive size of a present seat is solved, vehicle interior space can be fully utilized and vehicle automation degree can be improved.
