The invention discloses an air guide cover and an electronic device with the same. The electronic device comprises an installing plate, a fan, a circuit board and an air guide cover, wherein the circuit board is provided with a first electronic element and a second electronic element; the air guide cover covers on the first electronic element and the second electronic element; the air guide cover comprises a cover body and a flow guide plate; the cover body comprises a top wall, two side walls and a baffle for connecting the lower half parts of the middle parts of the two side walls; an air guide channel is enclosed by the top wall and the two side walls and comprises an air inlet and a first air outlet; the baffle is positioned between the first electronic element and the second electronic element; each side wall of the channel is also provided with a second air outlet; the flow guide plate is positioned between the two side walls and one end of the flow guide plate is butted with the top of the baffle; one part of cold air generated by the fan flows out from the first air outlet after passing above the flow guide plate and the second electronic element, and the other part of the cold air generated by the fan flows out from the second air outlet after passing below the flow guide plate and the first electronic element.
