КРИОВОЗДЕЙСТВИЕ В ЛЕЧЕНИИ ПРЕДРАКОВЫХ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЙ КОЖИ

Summary. The purpose of work was — to study efficiency of cryoimpact in case of a skin horn of various genesis and localization. From 1996 for 2015 (20 years) among 1056 patients the skin horn took place at 562 (53 %), women and at 494 (47 %) men. Observed a single form of skin horn more often — at 919 (87 %), the multiple — at 137 met less often (13 %). In 32 % of cases the inflammatory phenomena at the education basis took place. A skin horn on cheeks — 315 (29,8 %), on a forehead — at 253 (23,9 %), on centuries — 189 (18 %), on auricles — at 74 (7 %), in the field of a hairy part of the head — at 34 (3,2 %), on a back — 31 (2,9 %), on extremities — at 22 (2,1 %), in inguinal and axillary areas — at 21 (2 %). Cryoimpact consisted in cold handling of skin horn of education by means of original tools — the porous metal tools from titanium nikilida filled with liquid nitrogen. In case of cryoimpact on skin horn there is the complete elimination of pathological new growth of skin to the good immediate and remote results.
