Indoor/outdoor scene detection method and device

The invention provides an indoor/outdoor scene detection method and device. The method is characterized by collecting data by utilizing various kinds of sensors integrated to an intelligent terminal and setting a plurality of states for indoor/outdoor scene detection; for each state, selecting the optimum character subset as a classification attribute to train classifiers; and finally, determining whether a user is indoor or outdoor based on the judgment results of a plurality of classifiers obtained through training. The experiment result shows that the indoor/outdoor scene detection method based on the multiple classifiers has good accuracy and low power consumption.
