At present, the business has changed approach thanks to the globalization and the expansion of the emergent markets. The technology has played a fundamental role in this process, because now the consumers have better sources of consultation brings over of the products. These circumstances demand that the marketing knows his environment, specifically those of his segments of market. The feelings, emotions, and attitudes are the new axes to develop strategies of loyalty with the client. The methods of research change in conformity with the needs of the market, in this one I articulate the stages of the evolution will be analyzed in the methods of research of markets.
