Nursing experience for painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the treatment of aspiration pneumonia in primary school students

Objective To summarize the nursing points of painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the treatment of children with aspiration pneumonia. Methods The clinical data of 60 children with aspiration pneumonia admitted in our hospital from March 2017 to January 2018 were retrospectively collected. All patients were treated with painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy, and the main points of nursing work were summarized. Results In 60 cases, 58 cases were cured and discharged from hospital. The treatment time was 12-24 d. Among the other 2 cases,1 case died of complications and 1 case was deep coma. Conclusions Meticulous care should be applied in the whole process of painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the treatment of aspiration pneumonia, psychological care, basic nursing, respiratory tract care should be paid attention to, improving the treatment effect with high quality nursing service, and promoting the rehabilitation of children.
