Study on behavior of seeking medical advice Uygur women with infection of lower genital tract in Xinjiang

Objetive:Understand health-seeking behaviors among low procreant routeway infection Uighur women.Analysis health-seeking behaviors influent factors.Methods:In January,2007,using the method of cluster sampling,select married women in Xiaputaole village Jiashi country Xinjiang arwas,adopt unify questionnaire survy and gunecology examination.Result:The prevalence of low procreant routeway infection in investigate Women was 81.4%,21.8%sicken women no clinical symptoms,the hospital visits rate of sicken women whom feel discomfort was 33.7%,the treatment rate after visit doctor was 90.5%.Through the Logistic regression Modelto to analysis,the younger women,affluent family,feel health bad,low procreant routeway infection symptoms severity were more likely to visit doctor;Conclusion:The result of research indicates that prevalence of low procreant routeway infection Among Uighur women in XinJiang were higher,but the frequency of seeking medical were lower.It influent by many factors.There was a great need to provid health education and gunecology examination,Cry for Boost the rate of health service unilization,Consequently prevent low procreant routeway infection among Uighur Women in XinJiang areas.
