A process for producing L-amino acids using strains of the Enterobacteriaceae family

2002
The invention relates to a method for producing L-amino acids, in particular L-threonine, in which one carries out the following steps: a) fermentation of the desired L-amino acid-producing microorganisms of the Enterobacteriaceae family in which one amplifies the rseB gene or nucleotide sequences coding therefor, in particular over-expressed, b) enrichment of the desired L-amino acid in the medium or in the cells of Bakerien and c) isolation of the desired L-amino acid.
