New data, updated distributions and flower preferences of the clearwing Moths (Lepidoptera, Cossoidea, Sesiidae) of mainland Spain.

Los registros proceden de fotografias de campo y muestreos no sistematicos realizados por los propios autores y colaboradores, y de datos fotograficos procedentes de plataformas de ciencia ciudadana. Con ello se aportan numerosas primeras citas provinciales, asi como el primer registro de Synanthedon theryi Le Cerf, 1916 para toda la cornisa cantabrica. La informacion recogida amplia o confirma la distribucion conocida en la peninsula iberica de los Sesiidae espanoles, que se ilustra en mapas de distribucion actualizados de las 53 especies con presencia confirmada en Espana peninsular. Tambien se incluye informacion sobre las plantas que visitan, y se discuten sus preferencias florales. EnglishNew data about 34 species of clearwing moths collected or photographed all over mainland Spain, are reported. These records come from field photographs and non-systematic sampling carried out by the authors and their collaborators, and photographic data from citizen science web sites. With this set of data, numerous first provincial records are contributed, as well as the first record from the Cantabrian coast of Synanthedon theryi Le Cerf, 1916. The information gathered widens or confirms the known distributional range on the Iberian Peninsula of the Spanish Sesiidae, which is shown in updated provincial distribution maps of the 53 species confirmed to be present in mainland Spain. Information is also included on the plants visited, and the flower preferences are discussed.
