The invention discloses a metal clad plate rolling process for rapid acid-free blank making and belongs to the field of machining shaping technology of metal plates. The metal clad plate rolling process is characterized in that (1) a substrate and a shroud plate are respectively strengthened by a straightening machine, oxide scales on the substrate and the shroud plate are stripped off, and the internal stress is released; (2) high-pressure mixed slurry is adopted to spray a combined surface to remove the surface oxide scales; (3) the combined surface is dried, and soldering flux is sprayed to the combined surface; (4) the substrate and the shroud plate are superposed, the peripheries of the substrate and the shroud plate are welded together, a vacuum suction pipe is reserved in the peripheries to vacuumize the combined surface, and then the suction pipe is sealed; (5) the substrate and the shroud plate are heated to the temperature of 1200 DEG C-1300 DEG C, and then are rolled and formed in a rolling machine. The metal clad plate rolling process for the rapid acid-free blank making has the advantages that the acid pickling is avoided, the environmental protection is facilitated, the secondary oxidation phenomenon in the machining process is reduced, and the surface quality of products is enabled to be good.
