WEB BASED GEOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS OF DKI JAKARTA TOURISM WITH SCALLABLE VECTOR GRAPHICS (SVG) SUPPORT

Jakarta as a metropolitan city and it has much potential and advantages, one of which is potential in the field of tourism. Therefore, this research is concerning to develop a website that contains geographic information tourism of DKI Jakarta. The software for developing this website are PHP, MySQL, XML and support for Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) to overcome obstacles when doing zooming on the map. With the use of SVG, as happened magnification image, the image will not be broken. To model the system based on object oriented is using UML (Unified Modeling Language). With this website, it can provide easiness to the users to streamline the time in looking for tourism information in DKI Jakarta
