LA PARTICIPACIÓN POLÍTICA DE LAS MUJERES INDÍGENAS VÍCTIMAS DEL CONFLICTO ARMADO: CASO “COMUNIDAD INDÍGENA PANIQUITA”

This paper analyzes the inclusion and effectiveness of political participation mechanisms for indigenous women victims of the armed conflict implemented by the State, as well as determining their participation in such scenarios. The institutional reference is constituted in Law 1448 of 2011 by which the roundtables for victims’ participation are created, and especially Resolution 0388 of 2013, which determines the protocol for effective participation and its respective modifications, and whose radius of action - from the population - is delimited by the indigenous community PANIQUITA located in the corregimiento del Caguan of the Municipality of Neiva in the department of Huila Colombia.
