The causes and countermeasures on the juvenile delinquency in rural areas of Shaanxi Province

In order to research the problem of crimes committed by adolescents with rural household registration,the method of positive analysis and ideological analysis was used as tool to carry out a systematic research on this problem,pointing out the four main reasons:the distortion of adolescents'value,the vacancy of the family education,the deviation of the school education,and the unconsummation of rural community.Furthermore,the correspondent countermeasures are used to prevent the crimes should be adopted.
